De app Revivo Admin

Revivo Admin is de werkapp van Revivo Recycling BV voor iPhone en Android. Onze medewerkers volgen er onderweg klanten, contactpersonen, afspraken en de kaart mee op.

Voor wie

De app is alleen voor medewerkers van Revivo Recycling BV, op hun eigen gsm. Je kan je niet zelf registreren: een beheerder van Revivo geeft je werkadres toegang. Revivo beheert je gsm niet en ziet niets buiten de app.

Ben je klant en heb je een vraag? Neem gewoon contact met ons op (zie onderaan).

Installeren

  • iPhone: via de link naar de App Store die je van Revivo krijgt. De app staat niet in de zoekresultaten.
  • Android: via de uitnodiging voor Google Play die je van Revivo krijgt. Daarvoor zetten we het e-mailadres van je Google-account op de lijst van testers.

Aanmelden

  1. Open de app en vul je werkadres in.
  2. Tik op Stuur code. Je krijgt een mail met een code.
  3. Vul de code in. Je blijft aangemeld tot je afmeldt of tot je toegang stopt.

Iets werkt niet?

  • Geen mail met een code? Kijk in je spam. Wacht even en tik op Nieuwe code sturen.
  • "Dit e-mailadres heeft geen toegang"? Vraag een beheerder van Revivo om je toe te voegen.
  • "Er is een nieuwe versie van de app nodig"? Werk de app bij in de App Store of Google Play.
  • Gsm verloren of gestolen? Meld het meteen aan een beheerder of via info@revivo-recycling.be. We zetten je toegang uit; vanaf dan geeft onze server geen gegevens meer. De lijsten en fiches die de app op je gsm bewaarde, staan versleuteld, en de app wist ze zodra ze nog eens online opent. Is je gsm vergrendeld, dan kan niemand de app openen zonder je code. Wis je gsm ook op afstand als dat kan, met Zoek mijn iPhone of Google Zoek mijn apparaat.
  • Een fout gevonden? Noteer wat je deed, op welk scherm en hoe laat. Een schermafbeelding helpt. Stuur het naar info@revivo-recycling.be.

Je account voor Revivo Admin verwijderen

Revivo Admin is de app van Revivo Recycling BV. Zo laat je je account verwijderen.

In de app: Meer › Instellingen › Account verwijderen. Heeft je versie van de app die knop nog niet, mail ons dan (zie hieronder).

  • Je toegang stopt meteen, op al je toestellen en op ons dashboard.
  • Binnen zeven dagen verwijderen we je account.
  • Je krijgt op je werkadres een mail bij je aanvraag, en nog een als het gebeurd is.

Zonder de app: mail naar info@revivo-recycling.be met de vraag "Account Revivo Admin verwijderen", vanaf je werkadres. Heb je dat adres niet meer, mail dan vanaf een ander adres met je volledige naam; we vragen eerst een bevestiging. Zodra we je vraag hebben (en zo nodig je bevestiging), zetten we je toegang uit. We verwijderen je account binnen zeven dagen, en bevestigen het per mail aan het adres waarvan je de vraag stuurde.

Wat verdwijnt

  • Je aanmeldaccount: je gebruikers-id, je aanmeldgegevens en je sessies.
  • Je to-do's, je profielfoto, de koppeling met je Microsoft-mailbox en de PDF's die je in de app opende of maakte.
  • Je e-mailadres op de lijst van testers van Google Play.
  • De gegevens van Revivo die de app op je toestel bewaarde. Op een ander toestel gebeurt dat zodra het online komt.

Wat blijft, en hoe lang

  • Het klantenbestand. Wat je erin schreef (bedrijven, contactpersonen, notities, gesprekken en afspraken) blijft als deel van onze klantenhistoriek, zonder koppeling aan je account. Bij klanten en leveranciers tot zeven jaar na de laatste opdracht of aankoop, bij prospecten tot twee jaar na het laatste contact.
  • Grondbeheer. In het logboek van een grondbeheerdossier kan je e-mailadres blijven staan bij wat je deed, zolang het dossier bewaard wordt.
  • Je gegevens als werknemer (naam, werkadres, telefoon, functie). Die beheert Revivo als werkgever, los van de app. Na je vertrek wissen we je telefoon en functie binnen drie maanden. Je naam blijft zichtbaar in het orderspoor, bij taken en in de agenda, zolang die bewaard worden.
  • Facturen en andere boekhoudstukken: zeven jaar, zoals de boekhoud- en btw-wetgeving het vraagt.
  • Mails die we je stuurden (de welkomstmail, en de mails bij het verwijderen van je account) en hun spoor op ons dashboard: één jaar na het einde van je toegang.
  • Technische logboeken en foutmeldingen: de logboeken van onze server en databank hoogstens zeven dagen, foutmeldingen hoogstens 90 dagen. Komt het aanmeldspoor ook in onze databank terecht, dan wissen we het daar uiterlijk bij onze jaarlijkse controle in januari.
  • Back-ups van de databank: hoogstens zeven dagen. Daarna verdwijnen ze vanzelf.
  • Verzendgegevens van mails aan jou (aan wie, wanneer, onderwerp): 90 dagen bij Microsoft 365.
  • Op je toestel: je voorkeuren in de app, en mogelijk de kaarttegels die je bekeek, tot je de app verwijdert.

The Revivo Admin app

Revivo Admin is the work app of Revivo Recycling BV for iPhone and Android. Our employees use it on the road to follow up customers, contact persons, appointments and the map.

Who it is for

The app is only for employees of Revivo Recycling BV, on their own phone. You cannot register yourself: an administrator at Revivo gives your work email address access. Revivo does not manage your phone and sees nothing outside the app.

Are you a customer with a question? Just contact us (see below).

Installing

  • iPhone: through the App Store link you receive from Revivo. The app does not appear in search results.
  • Android: through the Google Play invitation you receive from Revivo. For this, we add the email address of your Google account to the list of testers.

Signing in

  1. Open the app and enter your work email address.
  2. Tap Stuur code (Send code). You receive an email with a code.
  3. Enter the code. You stay signed in until you sign out or your access stops.

Something not working?

  • No email with a code? Check your spam folder. Wait a moment and tap Nieuwe code sturen (Send new code).
  • "Dit e-mailadres heeft geen toegang" (this email address has no access)? Ask an administrator at Revivo to add you.
  • "Er is een nieuwe versie van de app nodig" (a new version of the app is needed)? Update the app in the App Store or Google Play.
  • Phone lost or stolen? Tell an administrator or info@revivo-recycling.be right away. We switch off your access; from then on, our server returns no more data. The lists and records the app stored on your phone are encrypted, and the app deletes them as soon as it goes online again. If your phone is locked, nobody can open the app without your passcode. Also wipe your phone remotely if you can, with Find My iPhone or Google Find My Device.
  • Found a bug? Note what you did, on which screen and at what time. A screenshot helps. Send it to info@revivo-recycling.be.

Deleting your Revivo Admin account

Revivo Admin is the app of Revivo Recycling BV. This is how you have your account deleted.

In the app: Meer › Instellingen › Account verwijderen (More › Settings › Delete account). If your version of the app does not have that button yet, email us (see below).

  • Your access stops immediately, on all your devices and on our dashboard.
  • We delete your account within seven days.
  • You receive an email at your work address when you make the request, and another when it is done.

Without the app: email info@revivo-recycling.be with the request "Delete Revivo Admin account", from your work email address. If you no longer have that address, email us from another address with your full name; we will first ask for confirmation. As soon as we have your request (and, if needed, your confirmation), we switch off your access. We delete your account within seven days, and confirm it by email to the address the request came from.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account: your user ID, your sign-in data and your sessions.
  • Your to-dos, your profile photo, the link with your Microsoft mailbox and the PDFs you opened or created in the app.
  • Your email address on the Google Play list of testers.
  • Revivo's data that the app stored on your device. On another device this happens as soon as it goes online.

What remains, and for how long

  • The customer records. What you wrote in them (companies, contact persons, notes, calls and appointments) remains as part of our customer history, without a link to your account. For customers and suppliers, until seven years after the last order or purchase; for prospects, until two years after the last contact.
  • Land management. In the log of a land management file, your email address may remain with what you did, for as long as the file is kept.
  • Your data as an employee (name, work email address, phone, job title). Revivo manages it as your employer, separately from the app. After you leave, we delete your phone and job title within three months. Your name remains visible in the order history, on tasks and in the calendar, for as long as those are kept.
  • Invoices and other accounting documents: seven years, as accounting and VAT law require.
  • Emails we sent you (the welcome email, and the emails when your account is deleted) and their record on our dashboard: one year after your access ends.
  • Technical logs and error reports: the logs of our server and database for at most seven days, error reports for at most 90 days. If the sign-in trail is also stored in our database, we delete it there at the latest at our annual review in January.
  • Database backups: at most seven days. After that they disappear automatically.
  • Sending details of emails to you (to whom, when, subject): 90 days at Microsoft 365.
  • On your device: your preferences in the app, and possibly the map tiles you viewed, until you delete the app.
